MAGNM-20 System
The MAGNM-20, with industry leading subscriber density, is optimized for Central Office and large Remote Terminal ultra-broadband applications. The MAGNM-20 provides transport options from 1-Gigabit per second to 20-Gigabits per second, ensuring that the system can scale to meet the ever growing bandwidth requirements of today's competitive Telco, without costly hardware upgrades. Subscriber density is also a key attribute scaling from 48 subscribers to in excess of 864 subscribers.

High Performance Fabric ModulesAt the core of the MAGNM-20 architecture are the redundant Fabric Modules. Each fabric modules is optimized for specific transport and access performance requirements. The fabric coupled with the distributed forwarding capability of the MAGNM-20 Subscriber Modules, provide a massively scalable system that provides the horsepower to meet the bandwidth challenges of today and the future.

L-6104 2.5 GPON OLT Module
2.5 GPON OLT ModuleThe L-6104 is a standards based 2.5 GPON Optical Line Terminal (OLT) module for the MAGNM. With support for 4 pluggable SFP based GPON ports, each delivering 2.5 Gb of bandwidth downstream and 1.2 Gb upstream, the device provides the flexibility of adding optics as the network grows. The L-6104 provides industry leading density with support for up to 1024 ONTs in a MAGNM-10, and up to 2304 ONTs in the MAGNM-20.

L-5148 FTTH-Active Ethernet Module
FTTH-Active Ethernet ModuleThe L-5148 triple play optimized Optical Line Terminal (OLT) module for the MAGNM-20 chassis supports up to 48 100Mb/s or 1Gb/s combination active Ethernet Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) subscriber ports. As subscriber bandwidth requirements increase, the dual speed ports provide an easy migration path from 100Mb/s to 1Gb/s, without having to upgrade the OLT. This dual speed flexibility is consistent with Pannaway's RGN-5x0 series ONTs.

L-3148 ADSL2+/POTS Module
ADSL2+/POTS ModuleThe L-3148 triple play optimized Subscriber Module for the MAGNM-20 chassis provides 48 ADSL2+ and digitized POTS combination ports. The L-3148 supports distributed processing which allows local switching between ports on the same Subscriber Module, or switching from the Subscriber Module to the Fabric Module. This distributed architecture ensures that MAGNM-20 performance does not decrease as additional Subscriber Modules are added.

ADSL2+/POTS ModuleThe L-2148 double play optimized Subscriber Module for the MAGNM-20 chassis provides 48 ADSL2+ ports. The L-2148 supports distributed processing which allows local switching between ports on the same Subscriber Module, or switching from the Subscriber Module to the Fabric Module. This distributed architecture ensures that MAGNM-20 performance does not decrease as additional Subscriber Modules are added. Each Subscriber Module has dedicated links to each Fabric Module, redundant connections to each of the power inputs, and is fully hot-swappable ensuring maximum resiliency and serviceability
