PLP Certification Program

Program Description

In order to provide comprehensive and on-going Primary Line VoIP certification, Pannaway has developed an interoperability specification test suite specific to each category of equipment. Pannaway has also constructed a dedicated lab facility in its Portsmouth, New Hampshire headquarters. This lab, the Primary Line Partner Lab (PL2), is operated by Pannaway technicians and is equipped to house and test multi-vendor solution elements from the following types of equipment vendors:

Additionally, in an effort to promote market growth, Pannaway Primary Line Partners (PLP) will have the opportunity to participate in numerous marketing and sales activities (described in detail below) which include press releases, dedicated web pages, trade show signage and demonstrations, joint seminars, reference selling and support escalation procedures.

Interoperability Testing and Certification

Equipment PLPs submit products to Pannaway's PL2 or remotely connect to the PL2, to perform testing.

Test Plan Pannaway and PLPs develop and document certification test plans. Test plans can be modified moving forward to reflect new solution capabilities introduced by either party.
