History
Our roots
Before converged IP video and VoIP, things were a bit simpler. Here's our story: in 1623, David Thompson came to America to establish a fishing colony in what's now New Hampshire. He settled land the Native Americans called Pannaway.
Unlike many other New World communities, the Pannaway settlement was carefully planned and provisioned for years. Pannaway's founders engaged in good business practices, carefully investing in the future. This deliberate, careful planning was successful: over time, early Pannaway gave rise to the modern-day New Hampshire towns of Portsmouth, Hampton, Dover, and Exeter.
Today
Now nearly 400 years later, Pannaway Networks still believes in thoughtful, practical investment in the future. We work with our customers to ensure they can add services, investing as they grow. It's a sustainable business model that allows you to grow your business with voice over IP, slow and steady. We're pioneering the new world of converged broadband. Our customers build on an IP package foundation so services like IP video, IP telephony, and VoIP are built to last. Not ready for IP video? It's okay—build as you go.
Following years of careful planning and testing, Pannaway Networks today offers the industry's first carrier-class end-to-end IP packet solution for the delivery of next generation VoIP, IP video, and high-speed data services.
